SEO Expert and Social Media Manager for Online Fashion Store

I am looking for someone who will committ to my online fashion store.
The job includes:
SEO to increase traffic which will eventually generate sales. Please have a look at the website boutiquebyanastasia. I want to increase traffic from 70 visits a month to 200 or more visits per month (visitors from all over the world but especially Australia)
Social Media Management: Daily posting on Instagram and the same post to the Facebook page. Target Instagram followers is 10,000 or more in the next 12 months.
Increasing email subscribers from 28 to 200 in the next 12 months.
Recommendations to improve my website, Social media pages and anything else.

As you can see, this is an ongoing 12 month project with possibility of extension if this goes well.
