We are seeking a talented Marketing/Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Marketing/Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content for a variety of marketing and advertising materials, including digital ads and social media graphics, email campaigns, and more. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure that all materials are on-brand, visually appealing, and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

-Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing and effective marketing materials for a variety of channels, including digital and print ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, and more
Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure that all materials are on-brand and effectively communicate our message to our target audience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and graphic design
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Work with external vendors and contractors as needed


-Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing and/or graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software
Strong design skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
