Sony Vegas Developer needed for beatmatching script/plugin

Hello dear dev superstar !

I'm a DJ who'd like to produce his own video clips over mixes.
Doing it manually is very time-consuming.
I've tried a few solutions (vegas plugin, muvee software, etc) but so far nothing seems to suit my needs.

I'm looking for someone who can write a custom script/plugin
for Sony Vegas Pro that will :
- Detect BPM through the whole mix (meaning, it will change over time),
- Cut & rearrange video clips to this BPM
- While still preserving my "storyline"

What I mean, is that clips will be put on the timeline in a specific way :
- Clips on the first track are the "base" of the story,
- Clips on other tracks will be used for cuts in between the "base" for a dynamic final edit,
- A "lower" track means lower priority (clips are less used in final edit),
- Clips on the same track should be kept in this order.)

Script/plugin should not alter the original tracks but just mute them as...
We should be able to "re-execute" either the whole script or just the "Cut & Rearrange" part for further adjustments.

We should be able to specify if we want faster or slower cuts on some parts (or on the whole) length of the audio.

Script/Plugin should work with Sony Vegas Pro 13.

Code should be properly commented and designed so that we can reuse the algorithm easily down the road if Vegas is no longer supported at some point.
