Team Leader

We are looking for:

• CPA with 8+ years of solid accounting background.
• 2+ years of managerial experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or BPO companies.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks Online and an advanced Excel user.
• Experience in data migration.
• Familiar with US GAAP.
• Excellent leader with strong leadership skills and a passion for coaching and mentoring senior and junior tea ---------- mbers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and plan and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly organized ---------- this role, you will:

• Managing and overseeing the department’s daily operations.
• Assigning projects and directing staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Facilitating and completing the monthly/annual close procedures.
• Providing staff with technical assistance and advice on complex accounting issues.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and reviewing financial statements and reports.
• Providing accurate financial data and recommendations based on financial results.
• Managing, establishing, and enforcing proper accounting practices and policies.
• Improving systems and procedures and initiating corrective actions.
• Analyzing historical data to identify trends and other information.
• Developing KPIs and process documentation.
• Maintaining the customer information database.
• Researching, analyzing, and making decisions independently.
