Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a recruitment system for the company
* Identifies staffing needs
* Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
* Screens and interviews candidates
* Presents a shortlist of candidates to management
* Develop a pool of qualified candidates
* Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
* Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
Job Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of work experience in human resources
* Proficient in MS Office
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Comfortable making decisions independently.
* Detail-oriented interviewer
* Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
* Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
