We are a construction company looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the office, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly, and managing customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- IQ of 130 or higher
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- English proficiency test result: Level C2
- Minimum one-year work experience as an Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant for a foreign employer
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls from existing and prospective customers
- Handling incoming and outgoing business calls
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Managing and updating the company website using WordPress
- Data entry and record-keeping
- Creating and editing documents related to construction projects
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with website management, specifically WordPress
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
