We are looking for an Accounts All- Rounder, with experience in AP, Inventory & Stock Management. This person will join a team of 4, who work in an affiliated business’ Accounts/Finance team.
This position is open to candidates based in the Philippines only, and it is expected the successful candidate works AEST hours, in a Full Time capacity
Responsibilities:
Verifying sales orders with our records and XERO
Ordering stock from international and local suppliers
Fortnightly stock check in with internal tracker vs stock on hand (warehouse system)
Accounts Payable duties such as verifying invoices/ weekly bills/ Credit Card statements/ Monthly subscriptions etc.
Stock value review (double checking inputted data in XERO)
Marketing spend vs Sales
Cost management - speaking with Marketing team, freight companies, warehouses etc. to analyse the costs. Warehouse management, stock and inventory.
Pricing calculations- Ie when launching new products, factoring in all costs before we launch to partner.
Monthly balance sheet review-.Ensuring 3rd party bookkeeping have entered information correctly.
Building documents and implementing processes
Requirements:
4 years experience in similar position
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar
Experience working remotely with an English speaking company IE UK, USA, Australia, Canada.
Excellent communication skills & the ability to liaise with external suppliers & vendors
Experience in a fast-paced working environment
Preferred but not essential
Experience in either FMCG/ Logistics/ Retail/ Warehousing
