Chief of Staff — Native English Required

Hi, I'm Justin, and I'm hiring a full-time, long-term Chief of Staff to work alongside me.

We're looking for a hard working individual who is a fast learner, organized, and ready/willing to learn!

Who we are:
We are a tech-focused media company publishing podcasts and video content. We are launching new shows and content formats this year, so your role is critical in helping the business scale, and there are many opportunities to grow together with us.

Responsibilities:
- Project management and operational tasks related to running the business, including content production and publishing.
- Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support the onboarding of new hires.
- Other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- Past experience in administrative or operational role.
- FAST internet connection (include a screenshot of your speedtest.net scores in your application)
- Native or C2 English
