We are looking for a full time Customer Care / Customer Service Representative (CSR) that is English/Spanish bilingual to work as our new call center agent. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service to our clients in both Spanish and English over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Respond to customer inquiries over the phone in both English and Spanish
* Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, escalating as necessary
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
* Follow communication procedures, protocols, guidelines and policies
* Take the extra mile to engage customers and ensure customer satisfaction
* Provide assistance to customers as necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
* Customer service-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude (this is very important to us)
* Ability to handle complaints and difficult customers in a calm, professional manner
* Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications on a regular basis
* Availability to work full time (Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm Pacific Time)
* Must have a reliable computer, stable internet connection and a quiet work environment (we will require specific internet speeds for our VOIP and software to ensure reliability and stability in your connection)
