Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Virtual Assistant to support our Health and Social Care Agency with administrative tasks related to shift management, staff management, communications, and telephone answering. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely to ensure the smooth running of the agency's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule staff shifts in accordance with agency requirements
Manage and update staff records, including attendance and absence records
Assist with staff recruitment and selection process
Respond to client queries via phone,
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required
Provide administrative support to the agency's management team, including meeting scheduling and note-taking
Maintain accurate records and databases
Monitor and manage agency communications channels, including
Perform other duties as assigned by the agency's management team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in shift and staff management
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in health and social care industry will be an added advantage
Other experience with BPO will be also great
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, G-suite, and other administrative software
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Education and Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field preferred
Other Educational Qualifications will be considered
Relevant certifications in virtual assistant and administrative roles preferred
