Fulfilment Assistant

Fulfilment Assistant is responsible for transferring electronic tickets to our customers in a timely manner. Familiarity with 1ticket and skybox is a plus but not required. As we sell tickets you will be responsible for sending the correct tickets to the customer. Most orders will be done automatically so you will be overseeing that they are done correctly and when there are issues you will handle them manually. This involves lots of problem solving. There will be a payed training period that may differ from your schedule.

· Proficient in excel

· Is tech-savy, and able to learn a variety of industry-specific software applications
· Is task Oriented, they will not leave tasks unfinished
· Is competent, reliable, and professional
· Communicates clearly and accurately
· Is fast; speed and precision are required; gaming skills are a plus
· Is able to seek answers proactively
· Can handle and interpret complex data info and datasheets

Equipment requirements:
· Fast processing Windows PC (i7Processor and up, 16.0 GB RAM and up)
· 2 computer monitors preferred
· Webcam and microphone, headset
· Stable fast internet connection (30 MBps and up)
