Wordpress Professional | 20 Hours per week | $250 USD per month |Possible 40 hours per week later

We are looking for a part time Web Designer specializing in wordpress. This could turn into 40 hours a week if the first 6 months goes well.
20 hours a week $250 USD per month
If selected there will be a one Month probation period. 10 Hours per week for $125 per month.
Job duties will include professional web design using mostly wordpress. Most sites are already built and just need doctored up to look better. We may have you build some new sites from scratch.

Each candidate will be tested by giving them 30 minutes to take a clean website and make it pretty. I know 30 minutes isn't very long and I don't expect a complete website built, but 30 minutes is long enough to do several steps. I work on wordpress myself and can get quite a bit done in that time. This is part of of winning the job and proving your skill. If you aren’t ok with this please do not apply. When applying please put “I’m your wordpress rockstar” in subject. Benefits for Full time after one year include:
1. Personal vacation time 1/2 a day every 2 weeks worked.

Expectations:
1. Need to agree to Monitoring Software? to track your work
2. Need to speak, write and understand English Fluently
3. Need to agree to Skype interview
4. Must be willing to do webcam final interview if selected
5. Need to have employer recommendations that can be contacted
6. If hired Full time, must be able to work solely for us. No other part time jobs.

Must have:
1. Webcam
2. Computer/Monitor/Keyboard
3. Internet (If low speed, please mention in interview) This isn’t a deal breaker but something we need to know.
4. Household to work in
