JOB OVERVIEW

General Description:
Responding to customer questions and concerns, helping them overcome obstacles, and retaining a positive image of the company in their eyes.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering questions received from customers and website visitors via various text services
Helping customers understand the company’s software better
Issuing refunds
Managing coupons and discounts

Required Qualifications:
Fluent mastery of English
Availability on weekends
Openness to learning new skills and software
Competent typing skills
Patience

We are looking to add another tea ---------- mber to this department to make sure we have someone covering the hours we aren't currently covering. That would be from 3AM-9AM MST (5pm-11pm in the Philippines I believe)
