I’m hiring for a full-time Social Media Manager to work with my marketing agency.

- My agency is located in the US, in the state of Pennsylvania

**JOB DUTIES:**

- Build and manage social media content calendars
- Manage social media planning and posts for multiple clients at once
- Generate post ideas for multiple clients
- Ability to manage content creators (influencers, graphic designers, videos editors, caption writers)
- Do online research
- Ability to communicate directly with clients
- Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

**COMPENSATION PLAN:**

- Paid weekly (you must submit invoice)
- Performance bonuses for great work
- 13th Month/Christmas Bonus
- Pay raises awarded based on performance
- For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
- 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
