REAL ESTATE OUT-BOUND SALES (ISA)

I’m looking for a cold caller's to help me scale my real estate investment business

** MUST HAVE ISA EXPERIENCE, PLEASE LIST YOUR PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN YOUR MESSAGE AND ATTACH YOUR FORMAL RESUME / EXPERIENCES ** ** MUST SEND AUDIO RECORDING WITH AN INTRODUCTION OF YOURSELF ** ** VIDEO IS A BONUS **

Here are my needs ;

- Cold calling 2 - 8hrs/day
- Reaching out to homeowners and seeing if they'll review an offer to sell their home.
- Passing them along through our CRM to our sales manager who then further pre-qualifies.

Some of the requests :
- Professional communication skills / English (email, slack & spoken.)
- Hard-working, motivated & consistent
- Understands & has worked with investors in the past
- Organized
- Attention to details

- MUST work on US hours 9 AM-5 pm (EST)
- Leadership / Ability to adapt and take on important tasks with little guidance.

- A good quality headset/microphone set up

- Previous Management Role overseeing ISA's, Helping with Training, On-boarding

Tools :
- Call-tools / MOJO dialer
- Pipedrive CRM (may switch to a Hubspot/salesforce type of system)
- Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Google Sheets, Google docs, Google Voice)

Here is how I operate my ISA's;
- Will have step-by-step SOPs for tasks (text & links)
- Will offer bonuses to a rockstar VA performance..
- Deadlines will be given on all tasks.
- 2-way feedback (to you and from you to me.)
