Job Responsibilities
-Enter names and client information into an online database.
-Fill out spreadsheets on Google sheets.
-Collect documents for each real estate closing or listing and organize them and update the checklist.
-Upload the documents into an online Keller Williams website.
-Email clients to request signatures using Docusign, electronic signing.
-Email clients updates on their real estate closing.
-Post ads on craigslist, Instagram,
and Facebook.
-Create picture ads for Instagram and Facebook.
-Enter information into our MLS to create a listing and upload photos.
-Answer phone calls from people calling to ask for information on a house and set up an appointment for one of our agents to meet with them.

Communication
-Skype or call daily to discuss what will need to be done for the day in the morning.
HOURS: 9am-5pm Alaska Time Monday through Friday
