Virtual assistant that can take care of customer quiries
Department: CSR
Role: As a customer service representative within our team, you are the one that is going to help our customers with all there quiries. As a customer service representative, you can quickly connect with the people in our team and you are prepared to help all our customers, without letting the business suffer from it.
Dropshipping is known for getting a lot of customer complaints. Therefore, it is important that you are very helpfull to our customers, and satisfy them just enough. As a full-time customer service representative, you are therefore not afraid of this challenge and you know exactly how to proceed.
Requirements (essential)
Happy working at tasks on your own, while still communicating with the other customer service representatives
*Minimal* 3 Years of experience as *dropshipping* CSR
Experience with Shopify
Not afraid to ask questions
Be very helpful
Be available 7 days a week
Happy working and communicating with and in our team :)
Responsibilities:
Taking care of all types of customer quiries
You follow the rules of our customer service representative SOP
Be proactive and take initiative for the benefit of our team
Work together with other customer service representatives
Be able to work 7 days a week for a total of approximately 40 hours
Results
Respond to all customer quiries within 12 hours to MAX 24 hours
Achieve targeted KPI’s
Communicate with us on a daily basis to ensure everything goes right.
Training
In the first month of working together, we will provide training/help where you will learn all the in/outs of our customer service process.
