eBay Marketplace Specialist

We are looking for an eBay marketplace specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eBay shop management and an excellent understanding of online sales best practices. The candidate should also have a thorough knowledge of eBay policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Manage listings, pricing and promotions on our eBay shop in the German, English and Italian markets.
- Optimize product descriptions to maximize visibility on eBay.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve problems with eBay orders.
- Handle returns and refunds in accordance with eBay policies.
- Monitor the performance of our eBay shop and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain competitive intelligence to stay abreast of market trends and best practices.

Qualifications required:

- Proven experience in eBay shop management and online sales.
- Thorough knowledge of eBay policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
