PARALEGAL-WITH U.S. EXPERIENCE

We are a U.S. based firm and need help assisting a client for 1 week project. You will be responsible setting up new contracts, drafting them both with U.S. laws in mind and possibly laws that will apply internationally.

Because our company is a service provider of many services if you do well, we will recommend you for other legal related positions.

MUST write excellent English
MUST have previous background in working with U.S. laws and clients
MUST have paralegal/legal experience
MUST have a college degree.
