JOB OVERVIEW:

For this position, your primary responsibility will be doing outbound calls to commercial real estate owners to see if they are interested in selling their property or expanding their portfolio and then booking them for a call with a licensed real estate broker.

For this position, you must possess the following qualities to be successful:
- Attention to Detail
- Dependable
- Friendly and knows how to engage with clients
- Can carry a conversation in English as if its your native language

THE POSITION:

Requirements:
- 100% Home-based.
- Must have experience in one of the following areas: Customer Service, BPO, or Appointment Setting.
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hrs/wk).
- Can work during US business hours.
- Internet Speed: Minimum download speed required is 5 Mbps, minimum upload speed is 1 Mbps.
- Laptop/PC specs: should be at least i3 processor, 8gb RAM, 120gb SSD or 500+HDD.
- Good call-center-quality ---------- pensation

Salary: At least Php 30,000 monthly (NEGOTIABLE)
