JOB OVERVIEW

The contract specialist & administrative assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and COO of a solar sales company. The role involves creating proposals, communicating with clients and potential clients, updating clients on the status of their projects, and performing general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Create and prepare proposals for potential clients
Communicate with clients and potential clients to gather necessary documents and information
Update clients on the status of their projects
Assist with scheduling and calendar management for the CEO and COO
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Assist with social media management and email marketing campaigns
Provide customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Knowledge of social media management and email marketing tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of the solar industry is a plus


This is a remote, work-from-home position
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
