This is a FULL TIME 40 hours/ week position.

This is a long term career opportunity, with benefits after 90 days of successful performance and with 13th month after 6 ---------- exchange we require an exclusive commitment, no outside project, clients, freelancing or P/T jobs.


Must be willing to work US hours. You have at least 2 years experience working US ---------- pensation
PHP 35,000 - 45,000 per month for F/T hours (based on experience)



RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Social media moderation
* FB group management
* DM management using CRM
* Outreach & engagement with clients and potential clients on social platforms
* Drive people on SM to FB group, podcast, lead magnets and free webinars
* Outreach to clients via DM across multiple platforms
* Initiate sales conversations via DM
* Use of sales CRM
* Working leads in a sales pipeline
* Emailing leads
* Welcoming new clients into programs and group
* Sharing assets and lead magnets with the group
* PRE & POST Event Tasks
* Create FB group social media content to engage the group and lead to sales
* FB group- announcements & reminders
* Calendar management & updates in Gcal
* Creating and maintaining FAQs based on questions from the community
* Use Gdrive
* Collaborate with sales coordinator, marketing manager, and customer service
* Support sales coordinator in securing speaking engagements
* Collaborate with team for content planning and creation
* Attend and contribute to marketing and sales meetings
* Training in social media platforms

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Has EXCELLENT English & People Skills, you LOVE connecting with people!
* Experience with children, parenting or mental health
* Social media moderation experience (2 or more years)
* You are a critical thinker who feels comfortable problem solving and thinks in a very strategic manner
*You thrive in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines
* Like routine and knowing what to expect each week yet is creative
*Is strategic
* Reliable and dependable to get consistent tasks done each week
* Can multi-task and manage tasks with various projects at the same time
* Understands how to prioritize client requests and deliver exceptional customer service
* Experience with DM engagement and sales conversation
* Comfortable having DM conversations about parenting and the behavior and/or mental health of children, teens and families
* Positive mindset, people-person, relatable and professional.
* Driven by an insatiable DESIRE to make progress and help others.
* Excel at getting tasks done accurately and efficiently the FIRST time
* Comfortable flexing into different tasks
* Wants to be part of an “A” team of critical thinks who enjoy what they do and get the work done fluidly
* You are tech-savvy & figure out new tools without much hand-holding
* You excel at creating workflow efficiencies and using automation to save time
* Has sales experience (2 plus years)
* Has VA experience (2 plus years)

Experience with technology & tools:
Social media platforms including FB, IG, a plus if experience with YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn
CANVA
Experienced with Project Management - ClickUp is a PLUS
Comprehensive knowledge of Gdrive & GSuite tools
Time Doctor (or other time tracking systems)
If you have experience with CRMs like Pipedrive, Kartra that is A PLUS (but not required)
