I need a Graphic Designer.

I need YOU to uphold perfection by finding every single imperfection and categorizing them into priorities.

I need you to have a heart—and understand that people work hard and fast to meet challenging deadlines. In other words, you DON’T attack people with the stuff you find (even though you might want to). Instead, you present them professionally and graciously.

I need you to be diligent. Yes, you will be doing the same thing everyday—graphics. I need you to know your limits, take a walk when you need it, maybe play some Batman Arkham Origins. Or ask for a different project that could bolster your concentration if you need it, never forgetting that your job is to DESIGN everyday.

I need you to take charge of your job and make sure that you are worth the high expectations you have for YOURSELF.

I need you to have at least 1 year of Graphic Design in a technology environment (software, games, web, apps etc.)

I need you to have SUPERB concentration. If you are easily distracted, this job is NOT for you.

I need you to communicate effectively and let your boss know what you’re doing, when you’re doing it, and in some cases, how you’re doing it.

Speaking of your boss…you will work in the Project Development department and report directly to the Development Director. Depending on your experience, this position pays in the range of $ ---------- /mo. You will be on an initial, fully paid, 90-day probation period, in which we will train you. You will evaluate if this company is right for you, and we will do the same.
