Skillful Customer Service Specialist Required

This customer service position will require you to work from a phone supplied by Us. You will need access to a computer 10 percent of the time.

Here are a few key tasks with the position:
- Provide service by giving customers information regarding products
- Enter customer data into spreadsheets
- Handle customer complaints
- Confirming Payments
- Organize refunds


Key Abilities Required:
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Attention To detail
