We are seeking a creative and communicative Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns across various social media platforms for the purpose of generating mortgage leads through our company website.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive website traffic and increase lead conversion rates.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including
Create engaging content for social media posts,
Analyze data to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that leads are qualified and properly followed up on.
Continuously monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with best practices in lead generation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing, preferably in the mortgage industry.
Proficiency in Google Analytics or other web analytics tools to track website performance and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques and best practices to optimize website content for search engines.
Familiarity with PPC (Pay-per-click) advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to improve the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
