*MUST INCLUDE:
1) An AUDIO file MUST be included in your first message (CLEAR English, with NO/VERY LITTLE accent). If you do NOT send audio, we will NOT respond to you. The message will be ignored if you do not include audio. Must be ok with getting DIRECT instructions. Must be GREAT at being coached and taking/following directions.
2) 5 or more AP points
*TOOLS:
Updated computer with Mic or Headset and fast internet and backup as well.
*EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED:
-Experience dialing or cold calling clients. Skilled in handling objections.
-Customer service skills
-Great at following directions and work designs
-no distractions / quiet in-home or has an office
-Experience with computers, google sheets/Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, etc. MUST have google excel, word, or Sheets experience. You will also be doing some admin work as well. MUST be technology savvy. CRMs (HighLevel) experience is a huge plus!
*SCHEDULE:
We are looking for someone somewhat flexible. Hours could be anytime starting around 10 AM and ending about 7 or 8 pm
The interview/training program/next steps are: 1) after applying you will get about 15-20 questions to asnwer. If we like the answers, 2) we will narrow it down and then pick a single person to move forward with a live-action interview/training. The first 1-3 days of interviews/training will be unpaid. We are looking for an experienced virtual admin, that is highly technology savvy, able to follow directions, take ownership, and also wants to grow with our company and get paid more as time goes on. Weekly pay. Performance Bonus' will be offered too!
