We are currently looking for an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) VA to manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services to the whole team and ---------- cludes all the processes and activities to design, create, deliver, and other IT support services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for building workflows, managing pipelines, and handling onboarding/offboarding for client access in GHL (GoHighLevel).
- Responsible for the effective management of all aspects of IT systems including planning, implementing, operation, and maintenance.
-Creating and maintaining operational workflows, knowledge documents, reports, portal content, and communications to business customers
-Ensure request, i ---------- , problem, and change records are accurate and complete, from creation to closure
-Must help the organization meet the technological needs of their customers cost-effectively.
-Supports business goals by enabling organizations to identify opportunities for improvement and evaluate their IT performance against best practices.
-Identify areas where automation can be applied. Familiarity with current regulations regarding data security, privacy, and data retention policies.
-Provide proactive recommendations for process improvement.

Qualifications:
-Must have 1 or 2 years of proven experience as a Virtual ITSM handling US-based client.
-Proficient in ITSM tool administration and management and the use of software tools like spreadsheets, data modeling tools, and computer-aided design software.
-Must have solid technical knowledge of the industry’s platforms, applications, and systems.
-Ability to multi-task, organize, and manage time effectively.
-Can work independently and under the pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented, and comfortable in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
-Strong written & verbal communication skills
-Exceptional leadership and management skills
-Must have excellent analytical skills and fluency with various computer programs, especially an IT Service Management System (ITSM), help desk software, or asset management system.

Technical Skills:
-Experience in using project management tools (Slack, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
-Google Suite and email setup and configuration (Outlook, Gmail, etc.)
-GHL (Go High-Level) experience is a must

Work Schedule:
-40 hrs/week (Full-time)
-US Pacific Time Zone shift (PST)
