Our company is looking to add new Business Support to our team. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Manage drop shipping orders across multiple Amazon accounts.
-Handle all feedback across all accounts.
-Respond to all buyer messages within 24 hours
-Respond to all A-Z Claims
-Help improve the Account Health
-Update the tracking number of our drop shipping orders
-Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers and clients, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
-Other related tasks in support of business operations.
