Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, quick-learning individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Project Manager (PM). The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the field, with a passion for helping others and positively impacting the world. The successful candidate will bring a positive, can-do attitude to the workplace, and approach challenges confidently and enthusiastically.

The Digital Marketing PM will join a dynamic team of ten individuals with expertise in various areas of digital marketing, including Marketing and Growth Strategy, Business Development, Copywriting, Project Management, Web Development, Google Ad Management, Facebook Ad Management, Sales Automation, Graphic Design, and UI/UX Design.

The successful candidate will receive training from some of the top marketers in the world. One of our recent campaigns generated over 1 million dollars in sales for a small business and played a key role in the expansion of one of the fastest-growing window tinting companies in the world.


Qualifications:

- The ideal candidate will have experience with, or a willingness to learn, ---------- and Facebook advertising, Website development, and SEO.
- You should have a proven ability to learn and grow on your own, with a history of taking on projects and seeing them through to completion, demonstrating your drive, responsibility, and ability to learn quickly
- Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a C2 level of US English mastery
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Strong experience in digital marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be able to work during the New York business hours
- Experience with digital marketing agency is a plus


Key Responsibilities:

- The role will involve working closely with this team to build and coordinate ad campaigns, websites, and email campaigns for franchises and local businesses.
- This will also require project management skills, team coordination, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the digital marketing team.
