Cold Caller

Job Title: Cold Caller (SaaS & Manufacturing Industry)

Location: Remote

O3 Smart ( ---------- ), a growing start-up in the SAAS and Smart Manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Cold Caller with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. We are dedicated to creating innovative solutions that drive growth and success for our clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about sales and marketing and is ready to help us reach new heights.

Responsibilities:

Contact prospects via phone to promote our webinars, white papers, and free trials

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-up activities

Conduct data cleaning and data entry tasks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our prospect database (Excel, Google Docs)

Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to confidently answer any questions or address concerns from prospects

Understanding of CRM (preferably HubSpot)

Achieve or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, conversions, and sales goals

Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to continuously improve processes and share best practices

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of cold calling experience, preferably in the SAAS and Manufacturing industries

Excellent verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and a neutral accent

Strong data entry and data cleaning skills, with keen attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, with a willingness to go the extra mile

Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for working in a fast-paced, agile start-up environment

Availability to work 8 hours per day, with a flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones
