Technical Support and English Writer

You will be reporting to our Philippine based Manager. This position requires technical skills, you will be interacting with customer's via email, looking at customer's site backup/restores and troubleshooting our software on their systems yourself. Part of your job will be creating site content and links.

We prefer someone with good technical experience with Wordpress and software products.
Understands and writes English very well - can help guide customers individually and write customer guides.
Is reliable and on time for work every day.
We are looking for people to operate a busy technical customer support help desk dealing with clients.
Great written English is a MUST HAVE :)

This position is long-term, there are opportunities for paid extra hours when needed and bonuses.
