Our US Based company is seeking a part-time experienced HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST to join their Team. The ideal candidate should have a broad range of knowledge in recruitment, engagement, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
* Administration - Management of employee files
* Induction of new staff
* Recruitment
* Employee Relations
* Training and Development
* Employment Equity
* HR Information Management
* Maintain weekly report of HR Tasks
Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
* 3-5 years in HR administration and as a Generalist
* Payroll and Benefits management
* Basic knowledge of BCEA, Labour Relations, Employment equity, etc.
* Stable employment history with contactable references
*knowledgeable with PH compensation and benefit scheme
*knowledgeable with DOLE provisions and technicalities
