Graphics and Social Media Assistant

We are a small multi sports facility looking for some help with creating marketing pieces.

Tasks include:
Canva:
-social media ads/posts
- making information packets
- worksheets
- handouts
- ads
- event invitations

Instagram and Facebook:
- adding our logo to pictures
- posting
- DM’ing adds to people that like and follow us

Updating our websites

Help making excel spreadsheets and running small daily reports
Basic administration help

Convert information into PowerPoints if needed

The Ideal Candidate:
1.) Has Strong Spoken and Written English Skills
2.) Is punctual and can work 9AM - 1 PM central standard time
3.) Has reliable computer and internet
4.) Is comfortable with Canva, Social media management for Instagram, Excel, Word and Powerpoint. GoDaddy and Weebly experience a PLUS!
5. ) Has a strong attention to detail and is very creative!
