We are seeking a dedicated and professional Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our cleaning company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and have experience in customer service and administrative tasks. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including handling phone calls,
Responsibilities:
-Manage inbound and outbound calls:
- Respond to customer inquiries about pricing and quotes, converting them into sales or bookings.
- Follow up on calls not converted into sales during the first contact and attempt to win them back.
- Coordinate all communication with cleaners and customers, including schedules, changes, emergencies, and cancellations.
Handle business-related
Follow up on leads across all platforms, such as Yelp, Thumbtack,
Schedule and manage cleaning appointments and assign cleaners to specific jobs.
Verify next day appointments by sending text and
Obtain customer feedback by calling customers after service, ensuring satisfaction, and asking for reviews.
Handle billing tasks, charging customers after they are satisfied with the service.
Prepare and submit daily reports, including call details, tasks completed, and required follow-ups.
Participate in the hiring process for cleaners, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and completing onboarding tasks.
Perform cold calling tasks as needed, targeting potential customers who may be interested in cleaning services (list provided by the client).
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Ability to prioritize tasks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions
