Real Estate Photography VA

Crystal Glass Photo (CGP) is a local women-owned media company whose mission is to provide top-notch residential and commercial real estate listing content—still photography, video, 3D modeling, aerial, and twilight photography. And we are looking for an amazing VA that can do the following tasks:

Weekly posts to our IG and FB accounts for all 3 companies:
• follow marketing calendar (see below)
• post weekly to CGP, TLM, TM
CGP Website content
• write posts covering the basics (house prep, benefits of pro3, staging)
• as directed by owner
Post-scan data entry for Matterport 3D Tours:
• set the starting point
• select or take photos for highlight reel
• data entry on detail page with agent's information
HDPhotoHub Marketing Kits:
• download photos from pixieset
• upload to HDPH
• fill in property details either from existing listing on ---------- or information in job request
Edit Photos - done by 8AM
Edit Drone - done by 8AM
Edit Twilights - done by 8AM
• Create virtual twilight in Photoshop
Floorplans - done by 8AM
• Check on vendor delivery status, confirm the floor plan looks good (view the matterport dollhouse to compare) and email floor plan files to ---------- livery by 10AM
• All clients have received their orders including Matterports, twilights, drone photo and stills. Cinema tours and drone video take longer so they can be delivered the following day.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Editing primary focus with some marketing and general admin support in slow times.
Person should be an expert in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace ---------- petent on Basecamp, Wix, Slack, and Canva.
Familiar with how to post to IG and FB.
Quickly learn Jobber (our scheduling app).
Able to change gears ---------- is chaotic and priorities change often.
Low drama, very calm, doesn't get rattled even by people who are jerks.
Full time Shift : 7am t0 3pm EST
