Your responsibilities:

— Hands-on execution of local SEO campaigns
— Generate actionable insights from data to improve SEO traffic, rankings, and leads
— Keyword research for content creation, including the use of AI to create content for client websites, and reviewing said content for grammar and accuracy before implementing it on WordPress
— Manage ordering of citations and backlinks from white label vendors
— Analyze data and metrics from Google Analytics to figure out what’s working and what needs to be improved
— Generate new ideas for SEO; offer ideas and help the team execute it, and develop internal documentation and procedures

Preferred skills to have:

— At least 3 years of SEO experience
— Strong leadership skills
— Stellar written and oral communication
— Tech savvy, detail oriented, with great recall
— Critical thinking skills, especially when analyzing numbers
— Highly organized and dependable, willing to learn and receptive to feedback
— Adaptable, able to work independently, with strong analytical and quantitative skills
— Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
