Our company is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team and take charge of booking appointments for the buyer only in our business acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and ensuring that the buyer's schedule is maximized. This position will work full-time, 40 hours per week, from 9AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential business acquisition targets
- Reach out to identified targets and engage in conversations to generate interest in selling their business
- Schedule appointments with potential sellers based on the buyer's availability
- Confirm appointments and ensure that the buyer is fully prepared with all necessary information
- Follow up with potential sellers to reschedule missed appointments or to schedule additional appointments
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to analyze potential deals and determine the best approach to closing
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment booking targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales
- Proven track record of success in generating leads, booking appointments, and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
