JOB OVERVIEW

Loop Lasso is seeking an experienced Customer Support/Social Media Moderator who will be responsible for building a strong relationship with customers through effective Mastery of English language and familiarity with American culture
communication, answering questions, resolving queries and addressing concerns, and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, Amazon, FB messenger, and IG DMs
Respond to all comments on Facebook & Instagram ads with branded humor and wit
Adjust orders and address changes using Shipstation & Shopify
Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services
Cross-team collaboration and share knowledge with colleagues. As the first point of contact with customers, you gain more valuable insights than anyone else.
Post engaging content across social media channels: YT shorts, TikTok, Instagram


REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least 2 years of experience working with an eCommerce business
Mastery of English language and familiarity with American culture
Ability to balance appropriate, on-brand joking with company professionalism
Good judgment and decision-making: You should have good judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly and effectively
Familiarity with social media: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube shorts
Basic video and graphics editing skills
Eye for creativity to make on-brand social media posts
