Experienced Appointment Setter

We are hiring experienced appointment setters for a long-term position.

This role is about more than just solar. You will speak with homeowners about programs and services that may help lower energy costs or improve their homes through solar, roofing, insulation, heating, cooling, and other energy-related options.

Some programs may be available at little to no cost for qualifying homeowners, which can make these conversations easier than a typical cold call. Many homeowners are already interested—we need strong callers who can explain the opportunity clearly and turn that interest into qualified appointments.

We provide paid training, proven scripts, coaching, and lucrative bonuses available.

What You Will Do
Make outbound calls to homeowners
Speak with cold, aged, and previously contacted leads
Ask questions and identify homeowner needs
Explain available programs in a simple and honest way
Set and confirm qualified appointments
Add clear notes in the CRM
Attend training and coaching sessions
Experience We Are Looking For

You should have experience in one or more of the following:

Solar appointment setting
Home improvement or roofing calls
HVAC or energy outreach
Insurance lead generation
High-volume cold calling

You must also have:

Strong spoken English
A confident, natural phone voice
Experience speaking with U.S. customers
Good objection-handling skills
CRM or dialer experience
Reliable attendance
A quiet work area
Pay and Schedule
Up to $4 USD per hour, based on experience

Full-time, 40 hours per week
Must be available during U.S. business hours

Reliable computer
