On-page and Technical SEO Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated On-page and Technical SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing on-page and technical SEO strategies that improve website visibility and search engine rankings. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in website optimization.

Responsibilities:

Conduct website audits and develop recommendations to improve technical SEO performance
Optimize website structure and content to improve on-page SEO performance
Optimize website content, including titles, headings, meta title and meta descriptions
Develop and implement internal linking strategies
Implement keyword research and content optimization strategies
Analyze and report on website traffic and search engine ranking metrics
Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design and development
Monitor and stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in on-page and technical SEO
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with international SEO and localization strategies
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Shopify
Experience with website migrations and redirects
Google Analytics or Google AdWords certification, if applicable.
