Job Description:
1. Assists in the planning, design, and implementation of landscape architectural projects of routine difficulty.
2. Provides information and data in the planning and development of major landscape projects, including topography, ecology, plant material, and structures.
3. Prepare BOQ and materials specification study.
4. Make a client presentation and mood boards.
5. Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3d/5d Max, and Lumion. Photoshop and others rendering software and basic Microsoft Office.

6. Communication and interpersonal skills
7. Can work under pressure and on weekends/holidays if needed.
8. Actively answering and giving support to all projects and client concerns even after the work schedule to avoid delays to others who have concerns.
9. Willing to do site visit/inspection (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
10. Experience is a plus factor.
