Google Ads and Facebook Ads Expert needed for campaign

We need a freelance Google Ads/Facebook Ads expert to do the requirements described:
- Review of our Google Ads account and monitor performance
- Deal with search terms, and negative search terms, etc
- Analyzing and reporting campaign results
- Make recommendations for improvement

The ideal candidates is someone who can bring in positive results. This is not a full time nor a part time opportunity. We are looking for a collaborative engagement from someone who can dedicate about 10 hours per month. Please submit a proposal, we'd love to know more about what you can bring in to the team.
