Business Process Analyst / Customer Service Representative

Job responsibilities will fall into a couple primary categories:

1. Learn, evaluate, and improve current business systems and processes to drive efficiency throughout the organization
2. Undergo long training on our Mosquito Control Misting System installation, best practices, and guidelines, and serve as a resource for our Project Managers and Technicians. You will also be responsible for generating custom bids (proposals), ordering inventory, and ensuring our team has the necessary tools and equipment to complete each job effectively.
3. CSR: Provide overflow customer service representative responsibilities, answering customer calls and scheduling prospective customers in company software
4. Miscellaneous administrative tasks
