WORDPRESS EXPERT - Senior Web Developer

Experience is a must with a minimum of 2-3 year solid experience in the following skills from top being most important to least important

-WordPress Developer which includes good knowledge of WordPress ecosystem, ability to troubleshoot problems and fix them. Theme development, plugin development
-PHP, HTML, CSS
-Experience with the Divi framework is not essential but preferred as this will be the main theming framework we will be using. If no experience i am happy to introduce them to it but they will need to rapidly learn this framework and be able to achieve necessary outcomes using it
-A basic level of SEO and best practises and understanding of this is essential, they must be able to understand how to use plugins like Yoast, -AIO SEO Pack to do on page seo. Any experience in backlink creation, -social media is great.
-Any experience in using Adobe Fireworks CS6 is great as that is the main -graphics tool you will use for web image creation such as banners, image -editing. This is rather important for me whilst they don't need to be an expert in using Adobe Fireworks if they know how to use it and are willing to learn more about it. It would be highly valued.
-Sub experience in using Google apps is welcomed as that will be the main -cloud eco system they will use
-Any sub experience using cPanel, linux servers is welcomed\

What I'm looking for in a person:

-Someone who sees an opportunity to improve my business and willing to -contribute to it
-Can easily follow instructions when given
-Able to work autonomously without too much guidance
-Good communication skills and readily available when needed
-Good English skills and able to talk and understand clients talking directly with them during projects or jobs
-Down to earth and easy to get along with
-Willing to listen and learn
-Willing to share their own experience and give constructive criticism when -they think its best. I am not here to just look for someone to take instructions be treated like a monkey.
-Is a perfectionist (like me)
-Has good eye for catchy design and up to date with current and future web trends

What I'm not looking for in a person:

-Lazy
-Poor communication
-Having to repeat myself several times for the same things
-Lack of attention to detail
-Not willing to learn new things
-I'm not looking for someone who thinks this is just a job, there needs to be -love put into it (goes back to enthusiastic)
