Medical Virtual Assistant (PHRN/USRN)

Join our team at Benetnasch as a highly experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with a PH or US license! As an RN, you will provide exceptional remote patient care and assistance to our clients, while collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide telephonic clinical assessments, consultations, and triage to patients
- Conduct telehealth sessions with clients and provide remote patient monitoring
- Answer patient inquiries and provide education and support
- Coordinate care and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines
- Research new trends, provisions, and guidelines regarding the US healthcare industry


Requirements:
- Active PhRN/USRN license
- Previous clinical experience, preferred.
- Good screen side manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient computer and technology skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with telehealth and remote patient monitoring
