Website & Graphic Designer

We're looking for a multi-talented Designer who loves creating beautiful and engaging email campaigns, enhancing photos, and developing web and print materials. Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for design and can ensure that all design work is visually consistent and adheres to brand guidelines while maintaining strong time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:


Email Marketing:
- Build visually engaging email campaigns in Klaviyo using provided written copy and following brand guidelines
- QA email templates to ensure all elements of the campaigns are accurate and rendered correctly in email clients before sending

Photo Production:
- Edit incoming customer photo submissions in Photoshop, including lighting touch-ups, color correction, straightening perspective, blemish removal, etc.
- Upload and tag edited photos in our digital asset management system (Canto)

Website Updates:
- Update website design and content using drag-and-drop page builder app
- Create, design and upload blog posts on Shopify website

Print Design:
- Design and update print materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogs and technical resource PDFs

Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing email marketing campaigns, photo processing, web design, and print design.
- Proficient in email campaign builders such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Strong organization skills and ability to prepare well-organized design files
- Experience with project management tools such as Clickup, Slack, Zoom, and Google Docs
- A reliable workstation with fast computer, microphone, camera, reliable internet and power.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects
