JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:

This position is essential to nurturing and building customer relationships. Key competencies include patience, attention to detail, quality phone skills, organizational skills, prioritization, and ability to follow directions clearly.

Responsibilities:

Calling, texting, and emailing Clean Eating Academy Members to check in on their wins and to make sure they’re not running into any technical issues.
Nurturing and building relationships
Organizing CRM to make sure customer and lead data is up to date and accurate
Reviewing and updating automation in Keap when necessary
Responding to Instagram and Facebook direct messages or comments on posts/ads
Responding to customer inquiries via email and social media
Shipping of gifts to clients
Ordering and managing inventory
Assisting with administrative tasks
Following up regarding failed payments
Drafting recipes when necessary in software


Experience

Strong customer service skills and patience when dealing with others
Strong computer skills are required which include Word, Excel, email marketing software, CRMs, Hubspot, Keap, Loom, Google Suite, Canva, Slack, Zoom, Canva, etc.
Must have attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a positive manner
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks correctly and efficiently
