Sales representative on commission based

Hello,
We are currently seeking sales representatives to join the GermanMedia team, based in Germany, on a commission basis. This is a remote position, and the primary focus of this role is to sell our graphic designing services such as posters and banners to clients worldwide.
To be considered for this role, you should have experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You should also be comfortable working on a commission-only basis, with a weekly sales target of $50 at the start.
You should have an active Upwork account to bid on relevant projects, and you should also be comfortable reaching out to potential clients on social media platforms like Twitter and Discord.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, following up with existing clients, and closing deals. We offer a commission-based payment structure where you will earn 20-30% of the total sales generated. Your commission will be paid out at the end of the week or month, whichever you prefer.
As you continue to meet and exceed your targets, you may qualify for additional incentives and bonuses.
