JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a customer service agent , who can assist in dealing with sales enquiries, customer complaints, order updates and general communications with customers.

The right candidate will develop a culture of customer satisfaction through timely and thorough handling of sales enquiries as well as complaints. They will be working in a fast-paced environment to address customer issues submitted via; email, live chat, social media or instant message.

Customer Service Job Duties:

Customer service
- Answers customer support messages via email or a chatbot promptly to enhance the customer service experience
- Patiently listens attentively to customer and connects them with the appropriate department to address their needs
- Quickly learns the functions of the system to log in and respond to customer complaints
- Accurately records and logs interaction with customers and updates account information
- Address costumer questions about new products, services, promotions on sales
- Willing to learn from management to properly apply company policy to customer solutions
- Contributes to bottom lines sales by increasing customer satisfaction

Social Media
- Messages people on LinkedIn and Instagram to generate direct sales
- Creates Facebook pages to build brand awareness
- Writes blogs and contributes to message boards and online forums
