Key responsibilities:??

Oversee all aspects of seller's transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement.

Obtain all necessary signatures on listing agreements, disclosures, and other necessary documentation.

Coordinate showings, walkthroughs & obtain feedback.

Provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings and marketing ---------- put all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed.

Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file ---------- put all necessary information into the client database and transaction management systems.

Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.

Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.

Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.

Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.

Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance.

Coordinate moving/possession schedules.

Schedule, coordinate & attend closing ---------- put all client information into the client database system.



Requirements:

Relevant experience in Real Estate

With experience in MLS and Docusign

Pay close attention to detail

Ability to learn quickly and extensive organizational skills

Outstanding social and communication skills

Strong ownership, communication, and partnering skills

Punctual and able to meet deadlines

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Sheets

Podio (or relevant CRM) experience is a plus

Desktop/Laptop (at least i3 or?Ryzen?3, 8GB RAM)?

Stable wired connection with at least 5MBPS?
